We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. The purchase date used will be taken from the email confirmation at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for requests received more than 30 days after the initial purchase date.
Return Process
To request a refund, contact support@arthroitinplus.com. Please add "Refund Request" in the subject line of your email to ensure your refund request gets priority.
To receive your full refund, make sure you send all the bottles back to us at the below address. It doesn’t matter if the bottles are opened or not. Include a note with your full name, email, and order id (optional) so your order can be located and processed with priority.

Refunds
After receiving your request for refund, we will process the return within 7 business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
